After more than 17 1/2 hours and 59 innings, Tadahito Iguchi and the San Diego Padres finally won an extra-innings game. Iguchi hit a home run off Yusmeiro Petit with one out in the 13th inning to lift the Padres to an 8-7 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Saturday and snap a five-game skid. San Diego had lost all of its previous three games this season that went extra innings.
